Rhonda Hilyer

Rhonda Hilyer founded her Seattle-based company, Agreement Dynamics, 25 years ago in the basement of her home. Today, she runs a thriving consulting and training company that specializes in communication, conflict resolution and collaborative negotiations. She serves a diverse and extensive client list from the City of Los Angeles to the City of Lynnwood; from Boeing, Microsoft and Rolls Royce to James Alan Hair Salon.
