This impressive approach to understanding communication styles is fun, easy to understand, and removes some of the "labels" so frequently associated with styles. It also offers practical, useful, information on how to understand your own style and to work with others. I love this book!!!

Great Book - Great Intro to Leadership Styles

Great book - I used it to teach a college leadership seminar. I think that it had a big impact on people. It had a big one on me, when I was first introduced to the activities.
